Turnover is very high. There are the daily pressures to sell. The folks they have been hiring have either quit or have been forced out. One FS told me that if an FS is not meeting their sales goals, they find ways to get rid of him. |

I guess I should be glad I was deemed unsuccessful. I have been selling for the last few years and would like to try something new. Do you think you will stay at Wachovia? All in all, is it a good company to work for?
