Is turnover high for this position. Or are there always available positions because of all the branches opening up? |

Turnover is very high. There are the daily pressures to sell. The folks they have been hiring have either quit or have been forced out. One FS told me that if an FS is not meeting their sales goals, they find ways to get rid of him.
