If a younger, less experienced person is fortunate enough to find themself working in a VC firm - what are they doing? Are there a lot of administrative / tedious tasks? Are lower-level employees trained in financial modeling & valuation methods? Is it typical for VC firms to offer training of any kind (other than on-the-job)?
