it seems to me after talking to a lot of people about this topic, it is better to get some good "names" under your resume and then apply to these firms.
i'm picking consulting initially because i don't have a traditional mba background. some others have taken jobs at startups........but i was worried about having a good name on my resume. also if you get some good consulting experience headhunters may be interested in getting you into a startup at a much higher level. any opinions will be appreciated.
