Here are a few Atlanta VCs to look at (there are others):
* Morgenthaler Ventures, South East Office
* Cordova Ventures
* lliance Technology Ventures
* Noro-Moseley Partners
As for the ?best? that is a little vague my friend. Firms vary greatly as to size, returns, name recognition, industry focus (in favor/out of favor) to mention a few variables.
