I am an entrepreneur with a 4 year old manufacturing and distribution co. that so far has been self financing. Due to thinking I was on top of the world with a company more than doubling in size yearly out of its own funds and never been there before, I took on too many expansion projects at the same time. I have been paying for my arrogance thru hand to mouth payments most of this year. My company has virtually no financing, present sales exceed $100,000/month and Since I know that if I stick to my original plan I can significantly speed up this growth with funding, how can I determine if it is worth my while to search out VC. According to the INC 500 list if I was in Business for 5 full years I would be in the bottom end of their top 50 companies at my present growth rate. My accountant keeps telling me to let my bank catch up to my sales but instead I am learning to become a better juggler. Although I supposedly have lots of competition, no one makes exactly the same products I do or markets them the same way. I also have a potential retail line that I have not even bothered to introduce yet. It's been recommended to introduce my retail products thru the hardware show in Chicago unpackaged.
What do you recommend?

Hey, contrary to other opinions, if your numbers are what they say they are, I may know a shop that would be very interested. They specialize in industrial type businesses. How can i contact you.
