Hi, I have a Ph.D in Life Sciences and a couple of years at a top tier consulting firm. I am considering moving on to a client in the pharma industry or moving to a VC firm. However, my long term interests are in VC. Is it better 1)to take the plunge into VC now or 2)get some operational experience in pharma or 3)continue with consulting? An appraisal of my chances of getting into a VC firm based on my background would be great
