Seems like there are very few women getting into VC. Are there any top women people should know about? And is there any kind of "Women in VC" network like the women entrepreneurs network? |

Generally speaking, it seems that venture capital has serious issues when it comes to gender diversity. Two women who jump immediately to mind are Ann Winblad of Hummer Winblad Venture Partners (who Upside named as one of the 100 most influential people in the digital age), and Heidi Rozen, a former Apple exec who is now an angel and 'mentor capitalist' at several tech bay area startups.
