Can someone right out of undergrad from a top university obtain a position at a VC? Please advise me.. |

I am a search consultant and I only work within Venture Capital and Private Equity. Pre MBA people are hired all the time in analyst roles. Different firms look for different things, networking is one way to find out the firms looking for your background, an easier way is to take advantage of someone who has already built that network!
