I'm looking into either Private Equity or Sales and Trading. Which avenue offers the best compensation and best quality of life? I can find information on starting saleries etc., but I can't find anything on 5 and 10 year horizons (I know it depends on the individual, but in general). Stress level isn't important, but the future is. Which is the best deal?
