I have 5 years of strategy experience in media & telecom along with a top 5 MBA. I'm trying to break into an internal VC fund or corporate development at one of the large media companies (AOL TW, Viacom, Bertelsmann, etc.), but haven't had any luck due to lack of contacts and no available spots.
Does any one have advice or know of media companies strong on this front? Also are there any recruiters that could help? Finally are there any regular VC firms that would take me with my background?
Any help would be very appreciated. |

There are conferences that you can attend that focus on Corporate Venture world. I suggest going to these and networking there.
