Please, please, please, can anyone help me??? I am looking for vc's that are in the health and beauty area, primarily, as my company name indicates, infant/baby products - creams, lotions, bath products, diapers, etc., to be sold at indoor play centers as well as retail stores, internet, etc. I run a small daycare right now to be with my own kids and have done FDA research, etc. I'm in Ohio if that matters. I have a website but have no web design knowledge so it's just sitting idle. I really, truly, enormously appreciate any info. 10,000 kids are born every day - my products will cover them till they're 4! An overlooked target market. There are at least 5 venture firms that I know of in the Ohio are, including Primus Venture Fund. You should do some research as to which venture firms in Ohio invest in the space that you described and see if they can meet with you. Even if they do not invest in your company, many of them may suggest where you need to go to raise money.
