How difficult is it to get into these top private equity firms straight out of college? How would you rank the private equity firms according to selectivity? |

You won't get in right out of college unless your dad or your friend's dad gives you a job. The top PE firms usually hire experienced pros, people that they have worked with in the past, and individuals who are recommended by someone that the PE firm principles respect.
