Does any body have an idea about compensation in the VC industry and how it compares, say, say Investment Banking Analysts/ Associates/ VPs or Associates/ Consultants in Strategy? What about performance comp. and bonuses? What sort of comp. structures are out there?

Any info. My sense has been approx. $75-90K per year with back end for Associate and $100-140K for Senior Associates/Principles. Does this gel with what yo've heard?
