Can someone give me an example of a "stand-alone" (meaning independent - not offshoots of big players like oracle, peoplesoft, etc.) ASP that serves a mission-critical app and is actually profitable? |

Look at Crosspoint's investment activities lately. Industry specific apps vs. shrinkwrap OTS are selling very well. Profitable? Give it 12 months and ask again...
