The Kauffman Fellows Program is an educational program for future
venture capitalists and future leaders of high-growth companiesThe Kauffman Fellows Program provides firsthand experience and complete immersion in the venture capital process for exceptional men and women. Fellows learn how to identify, finance and grow
entrepreneurial companies as they are mentored by leaders of the
venture capital industry. Additionally, Fellows receive specially
designed education targeted to the venture capital process and
delivered by leading venture capitalists, entrepreneurs and scholars.
Ultimately, the Program will lead to more company start-ups, greater
success of company start-ups and increased job creation in the United
States.

I second Andrew's recommendation of The Kaufmann Fellowship. As part of their program, they place you with a prominent Venture Capital Firm. The program is awesome. It requires an MBA or I would be tempted to apply myself!
