Having dealt with organizations consistently at a strategic business plan level and realizing the growing relationship between VC funding and the sourcing of needed executive talent, I would like to hear any thoughts on how those relationships are cultivated. I see many dominant headhunters move seamlessly into Venture Capitalist firms. What roles do they maintain? Thoughts?
