Does anyone know the hiring status of any of the Chicago PE/VCs?
I was an analyst at a b-bracket firm in NYC and moved back to Chicago to join a dot.com. The company is doing fine, but I'm starting to get the distinct impression that I'm rapidly going to be tapped out as far as compensation and career opportunity upside go. So I'm in the hunt for a PE/VC type position and would appreciate any help anyone in the market could offer.
