Hey,
I'm a recent college graduate that's trying to break into Venture Capital. I'll start working in a non-VC finance role for the company this summer and hope to transition into the VC arm.
I've read other posts saying that consulting and/or IB experience is necessary for the industry. Do you think my lack of experience in either of those two areas due to joining the company immediately will hurt my chances?
