Horrible experience? Bad rep? Has anyone had success with using them?

I was at VC firm and looking for at jobs using Glocap. They sent me on a few useless interviews that were totally the wrong match. Then someone at their firm called one of our partners asking if we could use Glocap...during that conversation they told the partner that I was looking for another job!
