You are about right in your numbers but be careful of averages in the PE/VC field.
Averages will not help much when you get down to the specific case (an Associate at one firm may have 15 years of solid experience and at another firm have 3 years on top of an MBA).
As for the % of carry, that varies greatly. The question is: % on what? $10M fund or $2B fund?

It should give you good insight into the salary levels in the private equity business.
