that fact that you posted on the Venture Capital board, not the law board, bothers me...
And you might want to look at the New York Law Journal (w3.nylj.com) - they have a reasonable archive section.

to the way Vault organises its message boards. VC is an interest of mine - from a legal and entrepreneurial perspective. That is, I'm nearly finished articles but also own 1/2 of a startup software company. Thanks for the great advice.
