Can anyone provide info on important questions to ask at a VC interview? |

As an interviewee you want to decide whether this is a firm you'd want to work for. Key categories to consider might be: (a) the firm (how do they see their overall strategy evolving, how have their funds performed, what does their pipeline look like, who do they lose deals to and why), (b) the people (how do they make investment decisions, what support and mentorship would you get, what does each of the GPs uniquely bring), (c) the prospects (what are prior occupants of this role doing today, what will the job consist of day-to-day, is this a fixed e.g. 2-year role or a partner-track position, what distinguishes a top performer in this role).
If you're still talking after all that, then just get the professional to extemporize: where do you see the sector going, what's the biggest mistake you've made, what's your take on China and India, are you constrained by people, deals, or time, etc.
