I have reviewed several tri-state (NY/NJ/CT) VC firm web sites and noticed that most of them don't have a career/job section.
For someone who does not have an MBA (I have my Ph.D. in Comp Science from Northwestern) and have worked for quite some time how can I learn if a VC firm has any openings? Is it purely relying on networking? |

yeah it is more or less networking at those shops, as they don't really actively recruit anywhere. (Big PE shops do somewhat)
Best bet would be to retain a headhunter
