My impression is that while these are collaborative initiatives - it is really only the consulting and VC guys that are doing the footwork. The bankers have added their names and some money, but aren't too involved.
Would working there add value to your resume? If you need someone else to answer that question for you...

yes, i have done my due dilligence. but far from claiming i own the absolute truth i wanted to hear a second opinion on the 'value add' of working with such alliances. of course, the names are great, but playing devil's advocate one could also claim that these outfits are neither vc, nor consulting, nor IB. is it a jack of all trade, but master of none...or is it an exciting opportunity to work with the best organisations in their respective fields in unlocking value through e-commerce. that's my question.
