In Reply To: I have posted this message at the Investment banking board but noone answered to any of my previous posts so I try wiht you guys also: This is for a Sr Financial Analyst spot at a Private Equity Fund in the Hospitality industry. The interviews went great. One with the CFO who I would report directly to, one with the Controller, and one with HR. Can you help me evaluate the offer. I feel it is kind of low and would be interested to hear your opinion about it and any suggestions for how to handle a counter offer. Details: *$80k base *target bonus 15% (max 20%) *equity piece in the next fund coming out in about 9-18 mos (potentially couple of hundred $k over 5 yrs or so *Health and dental *401k first 2% full match, next 2% half match *2 weeks vacation, 2 personal days *location: Norwalk, CT *fund size about $1MM, there next fund should add another $1MM at least I have a M.S. in Finance (Swedish university) 4 years of financial analyst experience from Fortune 100 company (made $72k, no bonus), and I am 35years old.
