We are preparing to form a new fund. The structure we were looking at was an LLC as the GP, with investors joining as LPs. That seems pretty straight forward. But, from a management stand point, what are the alternatives for the structure of the LLC?(board of advisors, board of managers, fund manager, etc)
Who's an expert on this stuff?
