No, I doubt that it's the attitude of all UPS employees in Illinois. You dealt with one rude person. If you haven't noticed, people are everywhere and in every kind of business. Maybe you were upset when you wrote that but surely you've got to realize that just because you dealt with one rude employee doesn't mean that every person that works at UPS in Illinois has a bad attitude. And it's certainly not the policy!

UPS's policy is to value each and every package and its customer. I cannot tell you the number of times that a service provider has gone out of their way to deliver my packages. Also, more than once I have sifted through hundreds of packages in a trailer to search for one package that a customer must have and then delivered it to the persons house at 3 in the morning. I am sorry about your situation but I think you spoke to the wrong individual and they should be ashamed of themselves.
