Message: I had to call the local Ups office in Bloomington/Normal Il on 1/24/06, I am a business that received a package of an item I carry, but it was addressed to someone else, which my receiver didn't catch right away, so the item got sold by the time I caught the error today, when I called Ups the lady became very rude, telling us we are her customers and we should have caught the mistake, its our fault we need to fix it, not them. When I said I would pay to ship the item directly to the address that UPS should have delivered to to start with she got even worse, I gave her my corporate number to complain about me, (trying to solve a problem) in the mean time I am trying to get an item ordered and sent direct to a person I don't know, who ordered an item to be delivered by Ups and sent to him but they delivered to me by mistake and don't want to know or do anything about. What great service! Don't know Don't tell, Don't Care seems to be the local UPS policy in Illinois
