Does any one know what UBS's compensation for FA? Please break it down to base + bonus. I also wanted to know what office culture at UBS is like, compared to ML and GS. Any input is greatly appreciated. I recently interviewed for an FA position at ML, UBS, and GS and just need more information before I can decide.
