I fully believe that every working American deserves no less than four weeks vacation per year.
When I have traveled abroad, the folks over there are almost shocked that we work as hard as we do and get two or three weeks.
In addition, many, if not most companies will not even allow you to take the two to three weeks all at once. They usually allow only one week increcrements.
Europe and Australia and New Zealand have got it right to give their citizens a normal vacation of over four weeks a year. In fact I believe it is national law in certain European countries.
Remember a rested and happy employee is a much more productive employee.
