I am working on a new training workshop that's intended to be different from the usual black/ white/hispanic/male/female sensitivity (make nice) training. What I am looking for is content that will help managers and supervisors relate comfortably with international visitors, clients, contractors, and employees. We have a need for content related to France, Germany, China, Korea, and various Latin American countries. Can anyone point me in a good direction on this. |

Check out the Society for Intercultural Education Training and Research or SIETAR for short. There are also numerous intercultural or cross cultural trainers all over the U.S.
