In Reply To: I'm a 25 yr old who just started a job in the Silicon Valley as the University Relations Program Manager. My job will require me to create an internal rotation training program for new grads and interns (most important task!), while at the same time coming up with a strategy of which and how to target key schools. I'll be leading our job fairs and organizing some on-site hiring weekends throughout the year. Part of this too is making sure we also get as much exposure in the schools as possible, which means partnering with co-op offices and developing relationships to get our product in specific engineering faculties. My question (plea!) is if anyone has any sources of good information or guidelines on how to setup proper training programs as above - any advice would be appreciated! I'm totally new to this myself (my background is finance with computer science) but I think I can do this if I make sure I don't miss anything. I realize I've got a lot of deliverables and think I may need some help staying on course when all programs have to be started in parallel. Thanks so much!
