I work for a company who has developed a web-based system for career development and succession planning...it's amazing! The question is how do I (we) pitch it? It's new and hard to create a mental picture of how it all fits together....basically it houses various data for tracking and searching interanl talent to promote within the company and increase retention. Any ideas on how launch it? What key points need to be brought up?
