I am "white" and as far as I'm concerned the Diversity training for adults is only a legal dodge for corporations--designed to teach people how topretend they like people that they don't--and probably never will.
Those that are sent to Diversity training as a reprimand for poor behavior towards a co-worker should be terminated. They will always be bigots--just sneakier aboutit.
As for the word "Tolerance"...Why should another group of human beings have to be "tolerated" by people who feel superior by the simple fact that they were born into a different group. I think the word in itself is demeaning to the applied. It's like saying "we are tolerating you and your kind". Your not one of us but we are all going to act as if you were just as good (mighty white of us, huh?).

i have been through them, and even when they are sincere, they are obviously BS.
one time I had it with some very smart people. For fun, everyone took the devil's advocate, and argued against diversity to mess with the guys giving it.
The level of sophistication of these programs is very low, and tend to be extremely politically correct.
I don't like bigots, but I don't like thought police either. Its a good thing they are a joke, because otherwise I would change their name from diversity training to "brain washing"
change society, start at a young age and start with your own kids.
If you are diversity trainer, keep comfort to know you are doing nothing but providing legal protection for your employers and no one but guilt ridden goody goodies takes you seriously.
