Hi, I'm interested in holding a seminar or training sessions on diversity, specifically, sensitivity to issues dealing with ethnicity and race. I've never looked into these before, and I'd like to know if anyone has offered these before and if so, how they were received by employees. Also, did they seem to make any difference in the office? Thanks!

I know of a company that was asked to do diversity training for IBM. These guys own an ethnic advertising agency and apparently the training went over very well. They even wrote a manual specifically for this purpose. You may want to contact them:
