Hi, I'm interested in holding a seminar or training sessions on diversity, specifically, sensitivity to issues dealing with ethnicity and race. I've never looked into these before, and I'd like to know if anyone has offered these before and if so, how they were received by employees. Also, did they seem to make any difference in the office? Thanks!

The diversity training class that my company sponsored was a joke, and unfortunately, the employees took it as such. They didn't seem to realize the seriousness of the training, but I just hope they absorbed something.
