Hi, I'm interested in holding a seminar or training sessions on diversity, specifically, sensitivity to issues dealing with ethnicity and race. I've never looked into these before, and I'd like to know if anyone has offered these before and if so, how they were received by employees. Also, did they seem to make any difference in the office? Thanks!

Hi Susan,
I've had terrific sessions with the aid of a board-game called Bafa Bafa. It's simulates ethnic interaction through two made-up cultures. The approach takes all (cultural) subjectivity out of the discussion. Check here for more info: http://www.wessextraining.co.uk/bafa.html
