Hi, I'm interested in holding a seminar or training sessions on diversity, specifically, sensitivity to issues dealing with ethnicity and race. I've never looked into these before, and I'd like to know if anyone has offered these before and if so, how they were received by employees. Also, did they seem to make any difference in the office? Thanks!

Hi:
I offered Diversity Training before to our employees. It was done through our EAP and was very nicely done. The employees appreciated the training. The employees did some role playing during the training so that it helped get the point across that we are all different but all deserve certain courtesies.
