Hi, I'm interested in holding a seminar or training sessions on diversity, specifically, sensitivity to issues dealing with ethnicity and race. I've never looked into these before, and I'd like to know if anyone has offered these before and if so, how they were received by employees. Also, did they seem to make any difference in the office? Thanks!

These types of training work especially well when it is perceived that these topics are the echoed feelings of top management; and are being trickled down to all other employees. Plus tying in this training with a accountability factor tied to Performance Review is another way to be sure your training is well received and is important to each and every person invited to participate.
