By the end of this week, those principals who have opted to accept the early retirement deal have to submit their names. Which means, that beginning next week and continuing through mid-March, leadership will be putting together the list of everyone else that "will go" -- kicking and screaming, of course! Since they are (again) looking to trim back on all costs, it won't be just principals hitting the highway. There is alot of senior level dead wood still around that may want to start dusting off their resumes.
Meanwhile, the unionization talk is starting to pick up some real steam out here ... keep your eyes and ears open for it if you've not already heard it. |

At least TP fulfilled their going away present. All former bonus eligible people still with EDS (post-transition) will be getting 100% of target bonus for 2005.
Of course, nothings in place for 2006, so I guess we are all on our own! COuld make for an interesting next few weeks.
