My company is looking into sending IT work offshore to India, and some other countries.
Does anyone have some information on doing this? Any information would be helpful: contacts, pros & cons, lessons learned, etc. |

What is your motive in doing this? You realize, of course, that such action is contrary to the best interests of your fellow American workers, right? Do you really think you can get better quality work done overseas (India or anywhere else), or are you just trying to get it done CHEAPER? In any event, I can't help you with your primary query as I won't sell-out other Americans.
