If you look at the web site: "algis.com" you will see a site dedicated to history with numerous files and an enormous amount of information. What is needed is a local search engine that could search the many text files and bring up a summary of the relevant information. If you have the skills or know how to accomplish this, I would be very interested in making contact. If not, the site is a good place to see what happened on your birthday.
