Best choice to break into IT |

Hello,
I'm thinking of breaking into the IT industry. I have a BS in Business and am thinking about doing one of several things:
Either:
1. Pursue a certification program for either an MCSE or some DBA related certificate.
2. Go straight into a IT Security certification program.
3. Go for another Bachelor's degree in MIS, since it would only probably take a year or so to get one with my Business Degree.
I'm really lost as to what move to make next. I like the idea of IT Security only because it seems hot right now. But I have no IT experience and I have all these people telling me different things as to what to do. I just want to get a job. Can anyone help out?
