There is a bill coming before Congress very soon that will shape the future of technology and other jobs in this country. Rep. Tom Tancredo (R-Colo.) is the sponsor of H.R. 3222, a bill to reduce the number of H-1B visas. He is a member of the House Education and Workforce Committee and the House Committee on International Relations. This bill needs your support. Forward it to everyone you know.

H-1B is a temporary immigration visa law enacted by congress and is the largest special-purpose employment program. H-1B allows a maximum 195,000 foreign professionals to enter the US each year. Each foreign professional is permitted to stay in the US for up to six years, ostensibly to meet short-term, high-skill employment needs in the domestic labor market.
