We perform a job reference checking service (www.jobreference.com)for job searchers unsure what their former employers will give as a reference. Have a question for all of you in high tech industry...we often encounter employers describing their former employee in app development, etc. as "drifty" i.e. here today gone tomorrow. Not a positive attribute depending on how you look at it, but would it be considered a plus in high-tech? For example, does this industry rely on fast turnovers, "get the creativity while it lasts", ??
