It's rough out there! I have 28 years in the industry. Held VP title. Am published and my successes have been written up in the WSJ. Took a package two months ago, have spoken with a kazillion recruiters etc. and have nothing. I have extensive experiance in the IT industry from Telecom to Software developement and ERP implmentations. Six Sigma Black Belt etc. etc. Damn frustrating!
