My contract position (test engineering) has just become a 55K/year job offer (migrate to embedded C design). Is there any hope advancement here in the next few years? Will my salary max out at around 70K? I have the opportunity to go to law school next year, so I am considering turning down the offer and doing that. Any advice? |

Then go to law school. By the time you graduate the sector should be out of the doldrums.
