I just went on a job interview with sales manager and general manager here in Arizona. They really liked me and verbal offer but waiting until next week to offer something. They seem to be very aggressive in searching but passive in making decisions. I think they will survive the telecom disaster. ICHAN is a man with too much money and dumping a lot into XO Communication. Tell me about what you have experienced. |

As a former employee for XO communications, I can safely say that their company will not last. They are currently cutting costs all the way down to the water coolers and vending machines (meaning none). There is A LOT of favoritism, and if you are fortunate enough to have the right connections, then you will have an easier time. Otherwise check out yahoo??s business page and you will see that with all of the lawsuits against them, they will not survive.
