All,
I want to get an idea of pay scales at Senior Consultants at the Big 5.
I am a Senior consultant with a Big 5 Consulting firm. I have been with the firm for 6 months now, and am based out of Chicago.
Prior to joining the firm, I have over 4 years of IT consulting experience. My speciality is E-Commerce implementation. Industry experience includes, Telecommunications industry, Retail and Banking.
And last but not the least, I have a Masters and a Bachelors degree in Computer Science.
My present salary is at $73,000/Year. Is this inline with the industry standards, or am I worth more than that? |

STARTING salaries for kids FRESH out of school or tech school (no work experience) was $67,000 for a non-development, entry level position at a company (large) here in Burlington, MA. Rethink your options.
How do I know this?- I asked a new hire and he told me.
